退款政策

 

Return Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  
• The hangtag needs to be unbroken.

Refunds:

• If you wish a refund, within 30 days of receiving your order, please get in touch with us at hello@projectolympus.store and allow us up to 24/48 hours to reply.
• Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
• Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within a few days.

Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please get in touch with our support team. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
